Each delegate will receive the list of delegates at the registration desk on the first day of the conference

The speakers' slides and other supports will be shared with the audience through an email right after the conference.
For IP and confidentiality reasons, , we will be allowed to transmit the material via a personalised link, after having received the approval from each speaker.
In case a speaker agrees to share his material upfront, he will have the possibility to upload his content on our website.

Since the first edition of our IP Summit in 2004, our main conferences provide opportunities for networking on welcome, gala and cocktail receptions, as well as through lunch and coffee breaks.

In 2017, we extended the networking possibilities via an online platform for our delegates to exchange their contact details by browsing through the list of other participants and making their choice of networked peers. The selected people will receive an invitation to share their contact details which they can either accept or decline. Each invitation can be customised with a personal message.

The networking platform will be accessible online one month before the conference. If you have any questions related to the platform, please send an email to: [email protected]

Once your registration is complete, the online interface grants you access to the whole list of participants and allows you to search for any name of person or company related to your interests.
A coloured mark next to a person’s name indicates the status: if you have already invited him/her and if he/she has returned a positive or negative answer. The meaning of each colour is detailed on the interface itself.
As soon as you select someone’s name, you can extend an invitation to share both contact details, along with a personalised message. If this invitation is accepted, you will receive the contact details of your invitee by e-mail and vice versa. Please note that you can only contact up to 5 people during a given period of time.
